The Brief & Design Challenge
The client required an inspiring, tactile workspace with dedicated book collection displays, hidden equipment bays, and an heirloom desk crafted from continuous-slab walnut.
Craftsmanship & Joinery Details
- Ten-foot free-standing executive desk featuring hand-carved chamfered edge profiles
- Concealed pop-up power modules and cable chases machined directly through solid timber legs
- Bookcase shelves reinforced with concealed steel stiffeners to prevent deflection under heavy art books
